What we do

A property owner requests a quotation through us. We first see if we can do the work in-house. If we cannot, we phone professionals in the right trade and area and take that option back to the customer. The contract for the work is then between the customer and your company.

How a job reaches you

1. 01Tell Us What You Need. Describe the work and share photos. We reply within 24 hours.
2. 02We Check In-House First. We look at the brief and see if our team can do the work ourselves.
3. 03If Not, We Find A Professional. If we cannot take the job in-house, we phone professionals ourselves. They do not need a login or a workspace.
4. 04We Come Back To You. We come back with our in-house quote, or with a professional. We also help you get good discounts from suppliers. You decide how to go ahead.

• A working phone number and the trades and towns you cover.
• A clear yes, no, or what you can offer when we call with a job.
• When we send you a job, the contract and the workmanship stay with you.
